You’re only buying the 3D printed figure.

You can ask for WIPs as long as it’s not in excess, since this delays my way of working.

It’s possible that I will send you a WIP without your having requested it if I need to clarify a question and / or have to make a small change.

Minor tweaks will be completely free.

I reserve the right to decline your request if I am not sure I can translate what you request or I do not feel comfortable with it.

If you want a figure of a character from another artist you need to confirm the permission of that artist and send me a screenshot to start.

Please be specific as much as possible. The more information and references you provide, the more understandable it will be to place your order.

I have the commitment to finish your commission as quickly as I can, but be patient, please.

The approximate waiting time is about 2-3 months depending on the waiting list.

I will inform you if something happens that could delay the order.

If you need the commission for a certain date, let me know.

If you want to cancel your commission it has to be before your commission is in process.

In the case of canceling the commission and the 3D modeling is ready, you will be given a partial refund.

We are a workshop that is just starting out so unfortunately we cannot afford refunds after the figure is ready, we would only do them in the event that something happened during the process of your commission and we could not continue, in this case your money will be returned to you.

The client can't request a refund and even less when the commission has been finished and delivered.

Prices will be in USD and for now only for PayPal.

I will only start working on your order once I have received 100% of the payment.

I will request the payment to avoid any type of erroneous transaction.

Don’t send any advance payment until you have accepted your order.

The cost of shipping is paid by the customer and is done by DHL.

Shipping is done by plane and it takes approximately about a week to arrive.

At the time of shipment, the package is insured in case of damage or loss.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for damages caused by customs or shipping companies.

In the event that the package suffers any damage, it will contact the DHL agency to claim the assigned insurance.

I will send you a screenshot of the 3D model before start the printing, in case you want me to make some modifications.

There will be a limit on modifications in the model (2), so please think carefully about what modifications you want me to make.

If you are a very detailed person, please make sure to provide me with the information and detailed references to have everything satisfied.
